Diversity is the greatest asset that human beings have. Though our differences appear to separate us, we all have the same basic needs, no matter our culture or ethnicity. To thrive, we must have: food, shelter, and security. Before nearly anything on the planet can survive, including us, those basic needs must be met.
As a realtor, I play a vital role in fulfilling two of those basic needs. A home provides for shelter and security. Helping people to find a place of their own that makes them feel safe makes my work as a realtor rewarding. I get to help you find a beautiful place to live, so you and your family can grow and thrive, which creates a happier community for all of us.
It’s not surprising that the second half of my career is in real estate. For twenty years, I learned how to make people feel safe, heard, and supplied with a vital staple--blood. I was the regional manager for United Blood Services. My position included supervising human resources, our people who made our mission possible, and maintaining the blood supply for northern Nevada and eastern California. It was a great job at a wonderful nonprofit. I travelled and met many incredible medical professionals and other dedicated individuals, who knew the importance of the resource we collected and managed.
But I needed a change. Has that happened for you too? Maybe that’s why you’re looking for a real estate agent like me:
● A professional, who understands people and the importance of clear communication.
● A person who can get to the heart of what you’re looking for, hear your concerns, and listen for those things that mean the most to you.
● Someone who deeply cares about our community and is committed to serving her clients as if they were friends and family.
If you are looking for someone to help you find what’s best for you in the short and long-term, so you can grow and prosper in a home, and afford to take vacations, reach out. We will meet, talk, and if you decide that we’re a team, I will find the home or property that suits your list of wants and needs.

My commitment to you as your realtor is to offer an opportunity to give to a local charity. Once a sale is closed, a percentage of my commission check will be given to a charity of your choice in your name. It’s my way of saying THANK YOU. Thank you to you, my client, and to the people who make our community a wonderful place to live.
Twenty-five years of my life has been spent working for nonprofits. In addition, I have had the honor of working on a variety of committees in our community.
The following are a few examples of the organizations that I have been a part of in both Nevada and California:
● Regional Director Operations - United Blood Services 1993-2016
● Certified Foster Parent - Washoe County 1999-2001
● Career College Northern Nevada Advisory Board 2001-2003
● EEOC Committee (Los Angeles Division) 2004
● Board of Directors - We Care About Kids 2017 - 2020
● Family TIES of Nevada - Executive Director 2017 - 2020
Treasurer Silver State Fair Housing Council 2021- current
Owner/CEO Diversified Mediation Services of Northern Nevada 2021-current
Civic responsibility is part of my life because I believe that our community needs us to support it. Together, we make life better for ourselves, our families, and for our neighbors.
